		<description>I for one am more than happy to pay a premium up-front rather than have the carriers milk me for next 2-3 years. I&#039;d rather pay 15,000 - 20,000 Rs. upfront than pay 8,000 Rs. for the phone and pay 2,000 Rs a month for a compulsory data plan over 2 years. Look at what Rogers is doing to the Canadians! I also wonder if they&#039;ll sell the devices unlocked...</description>
