you forget that the price is BEFORE US sales tax. That can be over 10%. So the US prices you list aren't the price paid by customers. Prices in EU countries (which have the tax included, would be a better comparison.

Thanks for the update! I'll update the status here once the iPods land at their shop. They claimed the same last year but ultimately things got delayed by 2-3 weeks. I've found imagine in Bangalore to be a lot more accurate with their shipment estimates.

Its going to be here much earlier! I just checked with the MG Road iStore at Bangalore and they are getting the new Nano tomorrow. Cant wait to get my hands on one.
