Oh  yeah, definitely, even i have had an extremely bad experience with the stores both in the Forum and at UB City. I just wanted a screen guard for my ipad 2 and the person said he will fix it after i pay. I paid (which took about 45 minutes even though there were only 3 people in front me) and after that when i asked the person to fix the screen guard he asked me to come back since the technician who fixes screen guards is on leave. If the guy had told me earlier, i could have atleast gone to a different store to buy the same and get it fixed.

Avoid the store, unless you have a LOT of patience

One of the worst customer support ever seen.
And they will change their promise as their wish.
If anything they dont have in their stock, simply say they will call once it's available but... Never happen.!
All technicians and marketing persons have very poor technical knowledge.

I agree completely and if you have a problem with a product they will forget who you are.
