I can not apply this procedure pn my mac because I have no privilege to update the metaclasses.plist file (Permission denied)

worked like a charm the first time … only .

Now i just get this error:

Nokia 5000d-2 There was an error getting data from the phone. The synchronization may have been canceled on the phone.
Device “Nokia 5000d-2” synchronization failed.

someone can help me becaue i deleted all the text in XML file and now i can´t sync my nokia 500d whit my macbook so please help me whit the xml file.

Yep, I definitely edited MetaClasses.plist

I've tried it a couple of times and I still keep getting the message "1 device found. Noka 5000d-2 This device is not supported by iSync"

Has anyone else got this message?

make sure you edited the proper file, not the .save one.
